A glass of Grant Burge Barossa Shiraz 2008 and a ramekin filled with warm nuts to start with

THAI and SWISS pyjamas by reason of comfort

What a trip: this flight currently (September '12) ranks at tenth place regarding flight distance (12'974km). After roughly a third of this almost 16h flight we crossed the International Date Line. Goodbye today, hello yesterday!

Scallop and sun-dried tomato on a skewer, spicy vegetable pastry pocket and apricot relish

Fresh seasonal greens and cucumber with red and yellow cherry tomato on a honey sesame soy vinaigrette

Grilled New York Sirloin steak, Cafe de Paris butter with green peppercorn sauce, roasted potato wedges and Mediterranean-style vegetables

This is the biggest chunk of meat I've ever got on a plane. Only the Americans can do.

Grilled salmon and shrimp with lemon butter sauce, red and white steamed rice, fresh green beans and shallots

Good morning :-)

We must have been 11h in the air already

Lovely Rocky Mountains

Just keep on going straight...

I could watch sceneries like these for hours

The massive GE90s kept running and running

Done!

Coney Island, New York, USA. One of the many reasons for this trip :-) Smile high!
